2. Uninterrupted uptime

So your hosting company guarantees 99.9% uptime, wonderful, what does that mean? What happens if your server goes down, do you have this in writing? 3. Shared server

How many people are you sharing your server with, and who are they? Some hosting companies will try and jam as many clients as possible into one server with very little or no concern for the performance of your website or email.
